Joe is the founder of COR-Athlete, COR BMX Park and our Build+Design division. Joe has been managing and executing large-scale projects since 1999 when he started with Red Bull as the energy drink industry first entered North America.

From there, he has been an integral part of some of the largest sporting events across the globe that include PGA Golf Tournaments, 2010, 2020 & 2024 Olympics, Formula 1 Racing, MotoGP, X Games to name a few.

Joe has over 25-years of managing some of the largest temporary construction projects in the world and has a knack for executing high level projects on time and under budget. Joe has extensive experience working with a diverse range of project needs whether it be with public or private projects or special events that all have an array of specific requirements that need to be nurtured.

Joe is a family-man first, with a wife and two awesome kids at home keeping him humbled daily. Joe currently serves on the Board for USA Cycling and has been a previous board member within multiple municipalities and public-school boards in different capacities and sectors in the state of Washington, Texas, Oregon and Utah that add a unique wealth of experiences helping navigate different approaches to projects.

Nate, is very well the most widely recognized action sports design+builder across the globe. Nate started his passion in building as a BMX Pro Rider back in the late 1990’s that automatically gave him an edge amongst most as he built to ride.

Nate has a multi-decade track record of design+build across a wide spectrum of specialty builds that focus on concrete, dirt, wood, metal and everything in between. His resume is stacked with designing and executing the building on some of the most iconic projects in the industry.

Some of the highlights are his work with Travis Pastrana at Pastranaland and being the lead designer on some of the most iconic world-record breaking milestones in the industry, X Games, Woodward locations in Pennsylvania, California, Park City, Colorado, Mexico, etc, the epic events for Bikes over Baghdad, and so many more skatepark, bike park and special-event builds over the past 30-years.

Nate is widely recognized for his creativity to do what many cannot imagine. Nate is an avid enthusiast on all bikes, skate, side by side racing and anything that gets the blood flowing. Nate is truly a unicorn in our industry.

Wray Dix is an entrepreneur and business leader with a background in landscape management and business development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Management with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

As the Founder and President of Boulder Landscaping, Wray built the company from the ground up into a $14 million operation, successfully leading its growth and eventual sale in 2025. His leadership is defined by a strong work ethic, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of his professional life, Wray is a dedicated husband to his wife, Sara, and a proud father of four—Chloe, Caite, Spencer, and Rachel. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially jeeping and exploring, and has a passion for cars.

Jeremy is widely known as a legendary snowboarder and advocate within the action sports community and native of Utah. Jeremy’s world-class athlete background paved the way for his lifelong pursuit of excellence and determination that has led him to where he is today.

Jeremy has a unique ability to raise the bar of everyone around him and most importantly for himself as he continues to progress in all that he pursues. Jeremy is one of the most grounded, respected and relational humans out there and brings a multitude of experiences in design, construction, athlete-minded drive and determination for excellence that is second to none in this industry.
